Creative Physio has evolved through my passion and commitment to healing. I believe in a holistic approach to treatment where the mind, body and spirit work together in the process of healing.

I am a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. I obtained my Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto and graduated in 1992. I have acquired physiotherapy experience with a wide range of clients over the years while working in a variety of hospital areas including intensive care, acute medical and surgical units, rehabilitation and chronic care. I also have experience working with children with a variety of conditions within the school environment.

I have taken numerous courses over the years to expand my treatment skills. I have a strong commitment to continuing education and believe that this is a lifelong endeavor. My extensive training in craniosacral therapy has further deepened my awareness of the mind, body, spirit connection and the inherent healing potential within us all.

I strongly believe in a holistic approach when it comes to client care and incorporate that into my philosophy when treating clients. I emphasize client goals, health and wellness, disease prevention and lifestyle modifications. I use education as a means to empower people. Imparting knowledge to clients about their body's ability to heal and emphasizing their active role in this process provides clients with a new avenue for healing. I enjoy fostering rewarding relationships with clients while enlightening them on all aspects of their healing journey towards optimal health.                            Serving Peterborough and the surrounding areas
